Exchange Policy

How do I exchange a product?
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Note: Exchange is not applicable for products purchased under the Sale section.
If sale products have to be exchanged, both pickup courier charges and re-delivery courier charges will be borne by the customer. Charges may vary based on location and the number of products. Our customer support team will confirm the applicable charges.


Steps to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Visit www.9shineslabel.com → Get Help → Exchange

  2. Fill out the Exchange Request form and follow the on-screen instructions.


Exchange Timeline

  • Reverse pickup takes 3–5 working days.

  • Once picked up, the product reaches our warehouse within 10–12 days.

  • After a Quality Check (QC), your exchange will be processed.

🕒 The timelines mentioned above represent the maximum duration for the complete exchange process.


Important Conditions

Please ensure that:

  • The original product tag and packaging are intact.

  • The product is unused and unwashed.

  • The item is returned with all original accessories (if any).


Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing items

  • Items that have been worn or washed

  • Customized products (e.g., size or length alterations)

  • Products purchased under the Sale tab

Refund for Exchange Value Difference

If there is a price difference between the exchanged and replacement product, the balance amount will be issued via Gift Card within 5–7 working days after the returned product passes QC.
