How do I exchange a product ?

EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED UNDER SALE & SALE PERIOD(May4Mom's Sale!❤️)

Exchanges are acceptable within 7 days from the Date of Delivery.

Note: It takes up to 3-5 days for the reverse pick up, it takes 10-12 days for the product to reach our warehouse post which it undergoes Quality Check (QC). Once it passes QC the Exchange will be initiated.

We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.


***The timelines mentioned above is the maximum time taken for the Exchange Process to be completed.

Following products shall not be eligible for Exchange:
* Any product that is returned without original packaging and other items
* Any item that have been worn or washed
* Any Customisation (eg. Size, Length etc. )
* The Product which are in Sale  Tab

How will I receive my refund?
In case there is a difference in the amount of product purchased with the exchanged product Amount will be processed and Giftcard will be provided within 5-7 working days from the date of courier being received in our warehouse after a thorough quality check.
