Shipping & Delivery Policy
At 9shines Label, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered in excellent condition and within the shortest possible time.
Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines
Orders above ₹999 qualify for free delivery on prepaid orders, while a shipping fee of ₹99 (including GST) applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. We strive to dispatch orders within 12 hours of placement, except on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM on Saturdays are typically dispatched on the following Monday, as Sunday is a non-working day.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
For cancellations and refunds, prepaid orders canceled before shipping are eligible for a full refund, which will be processed within 24-48 hours to the original payment method. COD orders do not incur any additional charges for cancellations. Please note that the order value is calculated after applying any discounts, VAT, GST, or other applicable charges.
Tampered or Non-Delivered Parcels
Since we rely on third-party courier services, 9shines Label does not have direct control over their operations. However, we assist customers in resolving delivery concerns. If you receive a tampered parcel, we advise not accepting the package from the courier. To ensure a smooth resolution in case of missing or incorrect items, we recommend taking a video while unboxing the package as proof.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must raise the issue within 48 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation message. In such cases, we will request Proof of Delivery (POD) from the courier, which may take up to 10-15 working days. If you dispute the POD’s authenticity, we can only assist in escalating the matter with the courier company. A replacement will be provided only if the courier company confirms that the parcel was lost and not delivered.
International Shipping
For international orders, we accept prepaid orders only, and Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Customers must ensure they provide accurate shipping details and are available to receive the order. If a customer rejects, is unavailable, or refuses to accept an international parcel, no refund will be initiated. If the customer still wishes to receive the order after rejection, we can reship the package; however, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping and packaging costs.
In cases where a refund is approved, the shipping cost, packaging cost, and any other applicable charges will be deducted from the total refund amount. Additionally, any customs duties or import taxes applicable at the port of entry must be paid by the customer.
The shipping charges have been calculated based on the Indian Post Standard Rate Card. If there are any additional shipping costs beyond the standard charges, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
Exchange Policy for Sale Products
Items purchased during a sale period or under discounted offers are not eligible for exchange.
